1. What Products Can Be Returned

All products are eligible for return, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Return Timeframe

Customers have 30 days from the date they received the item to initiate a return, provided items are new, unused, and in their original packaging.

For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, please refer to Section 7 – Damaged or Faulty Items, which must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all included parts and components.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kidsnation.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

We cover all return shipping costs for change of mind returns and will provide a return label or arrange collection where applicable.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued in full to your original payment method in accordance with this policy.

4. Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in their original packaging
  • Include all tags, accessories, and included components

5. How to Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please ensure your item is securely packaged and includes your order confirmation where possible.

6. Return Shipping Costs

We cover all return shipping costs.

This includes change of mind returns, damaged items, and incorrect items.

Please contact us to receive a return label or to arrange collection where applicable.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To assist with your claim, please provide your order number, a description of the issue, photos of the item, packaging, and delivery label.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a suitable resolution, including a replacement, exchange, or refund.

All return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items will be covered by us.

8. Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

We offer exchanges for change of mind and incorrect items, subject to availability and the conditions outlined in this policy.
